Your visa sticker (also known as vignette) in your passport is valid for 90 days. It allows you to enter the UK and collect your biometric residence permit once you are there.
Even if your BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) expires on 31st December 2024, but your visa allows you to stay in the UK for a longer period, you don’t need to worry. You won’t need your BRP from 1st January 2025 onwards. You can prove your immigration status online without your BRP. The UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will provide information on how to prove your immigration status online in early 2024. Your immigration status will not be affected.
But there are ways to see the total visa duration, read further to know how.
